Aint that Sweet.

Its really crazy to think that Andy and I have been married for almost 8 months. Time sure flies by! Its funny the things you learn about a person after you marry them...and how you really get to see them in all situations. Here are a couple of things I have learned about Andy since we have been married.

1) Andy has a wall, and its a brick wall. At a certain time of each night (it can range anywhere from 8:30pm - 9:30pm) Andy hits his wall. He is no longer functional...I always tease that if we were to have an intruder I would be the one to scare him off (how, I don't know) -because Andy is so out of it. Occasionally he will stay up later, but even if we are mid conversation with friends or neighbors, if he is sitting on a couch, he is sure to doze off. It must be all those early Army mornings!

2) Andy won't sleep under the covers. As a gift with the money he won from his essay, Andy bought us a down comforter. We both wanted one so badly and so last May he got one in NY before he graduated. Needless to say, I don't think he has used it to this day. Instead, I sleep under the comforter and he sleeps on top of it, with a blanket. I am not sure why, maybe he gets too hot under the covers. Its the same every night, and I think mom will be happy to hear- that he uses the quilt you made him for his graduation. Here he is in action (I caught him!).

3) Andy hates the sound of ripping paper. It gives him the weebie jeebies! To him, its like nails on a caulk board.

4) Andy is the greatest missionary. He takes every opportunity to talk to his friends about the gospel and he is so knowledgeable. He definitely out-shines me in this area, I have a lot of work to do!

5) Andy is an awesome story teller, if he is telling you an experience from the past, you always feel like you were right there. He doesn't leave out a detail, I like this because dad is the same way.

Anyway, thats just a couple of things. The list goes on but I am sure we will have time to share those for the next umpteen years :)

Love you!
