Sweetheart Ball

Every year for as long as we have lived in this ward (30 yrs.) we have a Sweetheart Balls in February.  We have helped with the activity most of the 30 years we have lived here, usually on the committee, cooked food etc.  Well this year we were the ones in charge.  We had a great committee. 
We had roast beef that tasted like prime rib, mashed potatoes, green beans, green salad, and either choc. cupcake or lemon cake with ice cream for dessert.  We had a ok turn out, should have been more people there, but everyone seemed to have a good time. 

We usually have couples pictures taken so here are ours.  Mike and Megan came, Grandma Oakey, Grandma Jorgensen, Aunt Elaine, Whitney( helped serve).  Dad and I never did get our picture taken together.  Dad was taking the pictures and I was running around making sure everything was getting done. 
I am trying to get pictures that were taken of the decorations.  I forgot to get any.  So if I do I will add them to the post.
