It is a beautiful fall day here in Idaho Falls and a Friday, YEA I don't have to work.
I have been busy with fall canning, beans, peaches, salsa, sweet pickles. Today Melissa and I are making the last of the salsa, unless the green tomatoes ripen that were picked before the big freeze we had last week.

I am getting in the mood more to sew, and I am trying to get the shop cleaned out so we can make me a bigger and better sewing room out there. It is a 30 year acumulation of junk but I am digging my way through it. Some of it is the kids stuff that they need to come and get, or maybe I just need to deliver it to them. I think at this point Michael has the most our there. Him and Megan are moving around the corner from us, so they may find it on their doorstep one day.

Melissa said the other day, only 11 weeks until Andy will be home for his R&R 2 weeks. That means Christmas is ony 11 weeks away and I need to get started on things. I have to spread it out so I can afford it. However I told Lynn that we needed to have a slim Christmas this year.

Well Lots to do today so I better get started
